It can take a while to figure out the perfect ways to make a proposal. Any man (and sometimes even a woman) might need some proposal support one day. One way of getting this proposal support would be using marriage and proposal services online. There are a lot of good authors who can write a romantic poem or inspirational texts that for a reasonable fee will make her eyes water. However, it might not always be enough since the success also depends on the setting. So, no matter if you are going to or not going to use any online services for marriage and proposal, you can read some of our tips to help you impress your girlfriend, and hopefully your future wife.
Probably the most classical way to propose to a girlfriend is to stand on one knee and give her an engagement ring in a little box. However, we are not looking for easy ways, are we?! We are looking for original ways to propose because women are known for being easily impressed by men’s creativity and originality.
So let us share some original ways to make a proposal.
Proposing online:
If you work at a place that has its own marquee with changeable letters, you can install the “Will you marry me?” message and send her a picture with you standing next to the sign.
Make a site about your future life together. Upload your pictures if any, or pictures mounted in Photoshop. Upload music and movies you both like. Create a map with places you’ve been to or plan to go to. Put a big and colorful banner on the home page saying “Will you marry me?”. Send the link to her by email and wait for her reply.
Send her a slideshow called “This is why I love you” with her pictures and nice music playing in the background. The last picture should have the important question: “Will you marry me?”
Proposing in person:
Buy two tickets for a theatrical performance. Ask the administrator to let you get on the stage after the performance and after the actors take a bow, and then make a proposal from the stage.
Show up at her working place in the middle of the day (or during her lunch break) with a red rose, a bottle of champagne and a glass with an engagement ring in it. You know what to do next.
Write your marriage proposal with colorful chalks on the pavement near her house. Then ask her to go for a walk in the area.
Call the local radio station and ask the DJ to ask the question at a certain time when you are sure that she is listening.
Post an ad which says “Your Name is asking Her Name to marry him this week” in a newspaper or magazine which she always reads and be next to her when she is reading it.
Try skydiving with her. After you both land, tell her that since you managed to go through such a thing together, you’ll be able to go through anything else with her. Then propose to her.
Get up earlier and make breakfast. Put a little box with an engagement ring next to her coffee and fresh toasts on a tray.
Blindfold her and take her to the place of your first date. Propose to her there (don’t forget to take the blindfold off!).
Order a cake at the confectioner's with a “Will you marry me?” on it.
Buy her a watch with an engraved “Will you marry me?” on it.
If you want to propose to her on Christmas, hang a box with an engagement ring on the Christmas tree, tell her that there is a new decoration on it that is only for her and let her look for it.
Scratch “Will you marry me?” on the frozen window of her car.
Offer her to make a massage on her feet and put a ring on her toe.
Write a marriage proposal on the sand while walking with her along the beach and wait for her to notice it.
Write a diary where you describe the history of your relationship with dates. The last note should be under the date when you give her the diary and should be: “Today I proposed to her. And she said…”
Any marriage and proposal advice can work for one person and be completely useless for someone else. While planning ahead sounds like the best idea to provide yourself with some proposal support, most often things happen spontaneously and much depends on your connection with your girlfriend. So, just keep your fingers crossed and good luck!
